Registration for the Pine Island Gravel Odyssey will open on November 1st, 2023 and will close on May 29th at midnight, 2024!

No registrations will be accepted after this date!

If you are not comfortable with the following policy, please do not register for our race as it will be strictly adhered to.

Race Transfers and Refunds: 

**For those of you that want your race entrance fee refundable all the way up to race day, bikereg.com offers registration insurance that you may purchase when you register for the race!  You will need to read through their policy to see if this is something you want, some restrictions do apply.  Keep in mind, if you do not purchase the insurance through bikereg.com you are subject to the rules and deadlines of the Pine Island refund and transfer policy!

We realize things happen which may prevent you from participating in the race.  So yes, you are taking a risk in registering for our event.  With this in mind please realize that there are no refunds after May 1st due to any circumstances.

  • We do not allow you to transfer your entrance to the next year's event

  • We do give a 75% refund up until February 28th.

  • We also give a 50% refund of your entrance fee from March 1st through May 1st. 

  • We do not provide refunds after the May 1st deadline, so you are taking a risk if you do not purchase the race insurance through bikereg.com.    

Keep in mind there are no refunds after the May 1st deadline.

  • You also have the option to transfer your spot to a friend or someone you know anytime before May 15th, for a transfer fee of $10.  If you want to transfer your spot to someone you must contact Kristi Jewett kj@kristijewett.com before May 29th.

  •  You may change distance (+ the difference in registration price if you are moving up to a longer distance), up until May 29th.  You may not change your distance after this date! You will receive a DNF if you complete a distance that you did not sign up for.

Event Cancellation Policy
As a fellow cyclist, we are confident you know what it means to take risks. Much like riding down a steep rocky descent or committing to ride a distance outside of your comfort zone, risk is inherent in our sport. The act of registering for the Pine Island
 Gravel Odyssey event, although not quite as dangerous as riding your bike, presents risks. If an act of nature or other event beyond our control occurs and we have to cancel the race, what can event participants expect?

  1. Event director decisions will be based on participant safety & environmental impact. Often times these decisions are in the hands of the land owners or agencies our events are permitted through.

  2. Event directors cannot accept the risk of a cancelled event for reasons beyond our control. Participants are respectfully requested to accept the financial risk of their individual entry, and understand that you will NOT be refunded any portion of your entrance fee if the race is cancelled.  This is due to the fact that our fees have already been payed for all supplies and services associated with the event.  These include permits, insurance, third party vendors, administrative expenses, rental fees, awards, and other related expenses. 


100 mile Ponderosa Escapade

 $115 early bird price, or $125 April 1st-May14th, or $135 after May 15th.

 Registration includes:

  • Professional Chip Timing

  • Event T-shirt if registered by May 15th deadline

  • A drop bag service mid race (must use drop bag we provide at packet pickup, and needs to be turned in at the starting line race morning)

  • 2 Aid Stations to provide you with water, Heed sports drink, and a variety of food items.  

  • Finishers patch for everyone who crosses the finish line. 

  • Award for top 3 in every Class.

  •  Cash prize for the top 3 fastest men and women overall:  $400 for 1st place, $300 for 2nd place, and $200 for 3rd place! 

  • Fastest overall man and woman of the day, will also recieve a prize, courtesy of our sponsors at SRAM!

  • Lunch food ticket to be used at food truck of your choice

  • Beers provided by Crow Peak Brewery

  • Live music from noon to 4pm

  • Name entered into raffle for $6000 in prizes from our sponsors, at awards ceremony at 4:00 pm, must be present to win!

  • One of the most beautiful, challenging and rewarding days on a bike you will ever have!

 

 

65 mile Limber Excursion 

$105 early bird price, or $115 April1st-May14th, or $125 after May 15th

Registration includes:

  • Professional Chip Timing.

  • 2 Aid Stations to provide you with water, Heed sports drink, and a variety of food items.

  • A finishers patch for everyone who crosses the finish line.

  • Award for top 3 in each class.

  • Award for top 3 Overall!

  • An event T-shirt if registered by May 15th!

  • A meal ticket to be used at your choice of food truck, served at City Park/after Party

  • Live music from noon to 4pm.

  • Beer provided by Crow Peak brewery, served at City Park/after Party noon to 4pm.

  • Name entered into raffle for $6000 in prizes from our sponsors, at awards ceremony at 4:00 pm, must be present to win!

  • One of the most beautiful, challenging and rewarding days on a bike you will ever have!

 

45 mile (E-bikes allowed) Pine Cone Frolic

$90 early bird price,  or $100 April 1st-May14th, or $110 after May 15th

Registration Includes:
